Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nalee Inner Circle is member-funded, and we want every member to feel good about that. Here is exactly how canceling and refunds work, in plain language.
Canceling
- Subscribed on iPhone or iPad: cancel in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store. Apple manages the billing.
- Subscribed on Android: cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Subscribed on our website: go to Account → Manage subscription and click cancel; it takes about as many clicks as signing up did. Or just email esdronski@gmail.com and we will cancel for you the same business day, no questions, no retention maze.
- Canceling stops the next charge. You keep full Inner Circle access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not delete your account or history when you cancel.
Refunds
- App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or Google Play’s refund request for Android. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves, but email us and we will point you the right way.
- Web purchases (Stripe): if your first subscription period is not what you hoped, email esdronski@gmail.com within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full. After that, renewals are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error, charged after canceling, or hit a billing mistake of ours, we will refund it, full stop.
- Annual renewals: if you forget to cancel an annual renewal, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it. We send a reminder before annual renewals so this should never sneak up on you.
- Price increases: if we raise a price, we tell you at least 30 days in advance. Anyone who cancels within 14 days after a price-increased charge gets a pro-rata refund of the unused time.
- EU and UK members: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you can ask for immediate access, acknowledging that this waives the withdrawal right once the service begins; if you do not waive it, you may cancel within 14 days for a refund (pro-rated for any service already used).
