End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Nalee (“we”, “us”). It governs your use of the Nalee mobile and web application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Nalee currently operates under the Nalee name. Updated legal-entity details will be published here if the operating structure changes.

1. License granted

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where law forbids that restriction.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its data.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell the Nalee Score, library, or analyses.
• Use the App to break the law, infringe rights, or harm others.

3. The Nalee Score is informational

The App scores products from public open data using a transparent, published method. A Nalee Score is our independent opinion, not a certification, lab test, medical or safety advice, or guarantee. Open data can be incomplete or out of date. Always read the actual product label and consult a qualified professional for health decisions. We are not affiliated with the brands shown.

4. Your content & submissions

If you submit a product, photo, rating, or #sayNAH post, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote Nalee. You can ask us to remove your submission at naleeapp.co@gmail.com.

5. Subscriptions

Inner Circle is an auto-renewing subscription. On the App Store, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple ID; manage or cancel it in your device settings. Elsewhere, billing is handled by our payment processor as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Apple App Store (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), which is incorporated here by reference. Where this EULA and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs for App Store installs. You also acknowledge:

• This EULA is between you and Nalee only, not Apple; Nalee alone is responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

This license ends if you stop using the App, delete your account, or breach this EULA. You can delete your account (and all associated data) any time from the app’s Profile screen.
